Workshop series supported by Roscommon County Council through Creative Ireland and Roscommon Creative Communities funding. The series included workshops at Roscommon Arts Centre, St Joseph's Hall Boyle and Cherry House, Roscommon.

The workshops explored gentle movement, meditation and activities focused on calming nervous system. These sessions also had a strong focus on strengthening connections between service users and their support workers.
